摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节关节镜手术围术期的系统护理措施,提高护理质量。方法对2010年1月-2012年1月在我院接受膝关节关节镜手术的98例患者,围术期进行积极的、系统的护理,包括心理护理、充分的术前准备以及术后有预见性地采取及时有效的护理措施。结果 98例膝关节关节镜手术患者经精心的系统护理,膝关节功能均得到了良好的恢复,治疗获得了满意的效果,根据膝关节Lysholm评分,优良率为100%。结论对膝关节关节镜手术患者施以围术期精心的系统护理,是手术成功,确保患者术后膝关节功能良好恢复的重要因素。Objective To investigate the per-operative systemic nursing care of patients treated with knee arthroscope operation, and improving the nursing quality. Methods Ninth-eight patients treated with knee arthroscope operation in our hospital between January 2010 and January 2012, and some effective nursing care measures were taken, including psychological nursing care, adequate preoperative preparation and timely and effective postoperative nursing care. Results Ninth-eight patients treated with knee arthroscope operation all got a good recovery, and obtained satisfied results of treatment, according to the lysholm system, all eases were excellent or good results. Conclusion The per-operati~,e systemic nursing care of patients treated with knee arthroscope operation is an important factor to the success of knee arthroseope operation and the recovery of the patients.
