白鲜皮中脂肪酸化学成分的GS-MS分析

摘　　要：通过建立脂肪酸成分提取及气相色谱质谱检测方法,对白鲜皮中脂肪酸进行提取并进行气相色谱质谱定量分析.采用索氏提取法提取白鲜皮中脂肪酸成分,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术进行分析鉴定,运用面积归一化法确定其相对百分含量.从白鲜皮中提出18种脂肪酸,并对成分进行鉴定,脂肪酸中主要成分是亚麻酸(38.76%),木蜡酸甲酯(20.67%),14-甲基十六酸甲酯(19.55%)等不饱和脂肪酸.The purpose of our study is to establish the method of fatty acid extraction and of GC -MS testing and to extract the fatty acid of Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz. and to give a quanti- tative analysis of its GC - MS. The samples were obtained by the method of Soxlet extraction, analyzed by methyl esterification and identified by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry （GC- MS）. The result shows the identification of 18 fatty acids in Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz. The major components of fatty acids are linolenic acid （38.76%）, methyl ester- tetra- cosanoic acid （20.67%） and methyl ester - 14 - methyl - hexadecanoic acid （ 19.55%）.
