火灾下钢框架柱焊接节点处的数值分析

摘  要:利用ANASYS有限元软件,建立了升温曲线符合ISO834国际标准升温曲线的框架柱结构模型,考虑了材料的热物理参数对其热响应的影响,并就框架柱的温度变化及应力变化进行了分析.结果表明:框架柱接头焊缝处不同点升温曲线基本一致,火灾初期升温较快,后期缓慢,与火灾发展的三阶段性相吻合,火灾发生8.5 min时腹板焊缝中心点温度达600℃;等效应力变化曲线呈"抛物线"状,峰值为170 MPa,通过对接头焊缝的等效应力和力学性能综合分析,获得了框架柱接头处综合力学性能较为合理的焊接速度为4 mm/s,为火灾下建筑物安全和焊接结构生产提供了借鉴和指导.With ANSYS finite element software, a model of frame column structure is set up, the temperature curve of which is in agreement with IS0834 international standards of tempera- ture curves. The influence of material's thermal physical parameters on the thermal response of frame column structure is addressed. The temperature and distribution stress changes are also analyzed. The results show that the joint weld temperature curves at different points of frame column weld are basically accordant. When a fire starts, the increase of temperature is quick in the beginning and then gradually slows down. The process is in accordance with the three pha- ses of fire development. The temperature is increased to 600 ℃ in the middle of abdomen weld when the fire goes on 8.5 s. The equivalent stress curve is parabola, and the peak value is 170 MPa. Based on a synthetic analysis of the equivalent stress and mechanical properties, a weld- ing speed of 4 mm/s for the comprehensive mechanical properties in the weld joints of frame column structure is obtained and is supposed to be more reasonable. These results provide ref- erence and guide for building safety and welding structure production in fire.
