摘 要:随着重金属污染污染的加重,重金属对土壤环境的危害引起人们广泛的关注.土壤酶作为土壤生态系统中生化反应的催化剂,对各种土壤代谢过程起驱动作用.土壤酶活性成为评价土壤肥力和自净能力的关键指标之一.本文通过介绍土壤酶分类及检测方法,概括土壤酶活性与环境因素的关系,阐述了土壤酶在土壤系统和环境科学研究中的应用,并对以后的研究工作提出几点建议.Abstract: With the severity of heavy metal contaminated soil, heavy metal pollutions have caused the attention of scholars. Soil enzymes, considering as the catalyst in the soil biochemical reactions, drive the metabolic process in the soil system. Soil enzyme has become an indicator to evaluate the fertility and self-purification capacity. In this paper, the classification and measurement methods of soil enzyme, the relationship between heavy metal and soil enzyme were summarized. The application of soil enzymes on soil system and environmental science was stated, and some suggestions about the research in the future were put forward.
