摘　　要：本文分析了中色科技股份有限公司设备管理存在的问题,详细介绍了点检制在成套公司实施的过程和步骤,并总结了点检制实施以来取得的成果和存在的问题。This paper analyzes problems of equipment management, in detail introduces process and procedure of the implementation of spot-checking plan, then summarizes achievements and existing problems since the implementation of spot-checking plan.
