摘  要:研究充放储一体化电站作为分布式储能单元接入系统的孤岛运行问题.充放储一体化电站处于孤岛运行方式时应保证其能安全离网又能维持基本功能.分析孤岛状态下的站内整车充电系统、电池快换系统以及分控中心的供电方案,研究由梯次储能系统按照不同的供电标准为站内各子系统提供应急电源的能量/功率管理策略,制定准确、高效的离网动作计划,提高充放储一体化电站运行的可靠性.The EV integrative station as distributed energy storage unit is connected to power sys- tems, its islanded operation is studied in this paper. When the EV integrative station is in islan- ded operation mode, its security of off-grid should be guaranteed and its basic functions should be maintained. The whole vehicle charging system within the station, battery quick-change system and supply scheme of the control center have been analyzed, an energy/power management strat- egy to provide emergency power for the various subsystems within the station has been studied using the echelon storage system according to different power supply standards, and an accurate and efficient off-grid action plan has also been developed, and the reliability of the EV integrative station operation is improved.
