经伤椎置钉短节段固定椎间融合治疗胸腰段骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：总结经伤椎置钉短节段固定椎间融合治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果。方法：回顾2008年6月-2010年12月本科收治34例胸腰段骨折患者，均行经伤椎置钉短节段固定结合椎间融合治疗。结果：本组随访时间12-15个月。术后经伤椎高度及Cobb角恢复满意，12个月随访预防丢失情况理想，术后12个月融合率94％。结论：经伤椎置钉短节段固定结合椎间融合治疗胸腰段骨折创伤小，可达到即刻稳定，在减少矫正丢失和内固定失效的同时，可以有效地促进神经功能的恢复及降低术后腰背疼痛并发症的发生率。Objective： To summary the clinical outcomes of short-segment fixation plus intervertebral fusion of thoracolumbar spinal fracture using pedicle fixation at the level of the fracture. Method： From June 2008 to Dec 2010 34 patients with thoracolumbar spinal fracture received short-segment fixation plus intervertebral fusion at the level of the fracture. Result： All patients were followed up for 12-15 months, all the patients had a high level of satisfaction for the final results of the recovery of the injured vertebral height, and tim prevention of the reduction loss in 12 months satisfied. Postoperative fusion rate was 94%. Conclusion： Short-segment fixation plus intervertebral fusion of thoracolumbar spinal fracture using pedicle fixation at the level of the fracture is characterized by few interference to spine. It can receive stable immediately, and promotes recovery of neurological function and reduces the incidence of postoperative complications effectively at the same time of reduce the loss of correction and fixation failure.
