摘  要:目的:探讨动力加压接骨板(DCP)内固定治疗尺桡骨干双骨折患者的临床疗效。方法:对本院2011年4月-2012年3月采用切开复位动力加压接骨板内固定进行治疗的46例尺桡骨干双骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组46例患者,术后X线片显示骨折处均达到解剖复位。术后随访6个月,所有患者骨折均达到Ⅰ期愈合,无感染、骨筋膜室综合征、桡神经损伤等并发症发生。其中腕关节及尺桡关节活动范围优18例,良26例,可1例,差1例,优良率达95.65%。结论:动力加压接骨板内固定方法治疗尺桡骨干双骨折疗效确切,有助于骨折复位及其功能恢复,且操作易于掌握,术后并发症少,值得临床广泛推广和应用。Objective: To explore the power compression plate ( DCP ) of the backbone of the internal fixation of distal radio-ulnar fracture patients clinical efficacy. Method: Open reduction and power compression plate internal fixation for treatment of 46 eases of foot radial shaft fractures in patients with clinical data in our hospital from April 2011 to March 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Result: The 46 patients, postoperative X-ray showed the fracture to achieve anatomic reduction. The patients were followed up for 6 months, all patients with fractures were reached stage [ healing, no infection, compartment syndrome, radial nerve damage and other complications occurred. Which the wrist ulnar joint activities range excellent in 18 cases, goocl in 26 cases, 1 case, poor in 1 case, good rate of 95.65%. Conclusion: The dynamic compression plate fixation methods treatment of the ulnar radial shaft fracture efficacy, contribute to fracture reduction and its functional recovery and the operation is easy to grasp, fewer complications, is worthy of wide dissemination and application.
