摘　　要：政府信用处于社会信用体系的核心和基础地位,同时也是法治政府的基本要求。目前,政府失信行为在国内引发了信用危机,导致了一系列政府和民众之间的矛盾。究其原因,法制缺失是关键。面对当前形势,当务之急应完善政府信用立法,对政府信用进行专门规制,完善相关配套机制,促使政府行政活动在阳光下运行。Government credibility is the core and foundation of the social credit system and the basic requirement of a government ruled by law. At present, the lack of government credibility has caused a credibility crisis in China, and has brought about a series of contradictions between the government and the public. The key reason for such phenomenon is inadequate legal system. The most urgent task at present, therefore, should be perfection of legisla- tion concerning government credibility, which sets specific regulations on government credibility, and improves the relevant supporting mechanism so that government administration can be positively carried out.
