摘　　要：目的:分析不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)采用曲美他嗪治疗的疗效、对校正QT离散度的影响。方法:将笔者所在医院收治的116例不稳定型心绞痛患分为研究组和对照组,对治疗期两组不稳定型心绞痛患者生命体征变化进行对比。结果:研究组患者生命体征变化优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛降低了心血管事件的发生率。Objective： To analysis the influence on curative effect and correction QT dispersion of unstable angina with trimetazidine.Methods： 116 patients with unstable angina were divided into the study group and the control group, two groups of patients with unstable angina pectoris treated period changes in vital signs were compared.Results： The changes of vital signs in the study group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Unstable angina treated with trimetazidine treatment can reduce the probability of the cardiovascular.
