摘　　要：指出了采用冷挤镦工艺代替切削加工生产底座的优点。对底座进行冷挤镦工艺分析,制定冷挤镦件图,计算毛坯尺寸及冷挤压镦力。介绍了毛坯制备处理及冷挤镦模具结构设计。In this paper, the advantages of the base manufacturing with the cold extrusion-heading technology in place of machi- ning are pointed out. The cold extrusion-heading technology is analysed, the cold extrusion-heading drawing is formulated, the blank dimensions and the cold extrusion-heading force are calculated. The preparation treatments of the blank and the structure design of the cold extrusion-heading die are introduced.
