“附属医院”模式:传媒类院系校园媒体实践平台建设新探

摘　　要：高校校园媒体是新闻实践的重要平台,特别是对新闻传播类院系而言,校园实习媒体的建设至关重要。与国外及港台的新闻院系相比,国内新闻院系的校园媒体还存在社会化、专业化不足等问题。要发挥校园媒体平台在培养学生实践能力中的作用,校园媒体需要实现社会化转型。高校的附属医院模式可以为新闻类院系校园媒体平台的改造提供参考和启示。通过打造"准社会媒体",校园媒体才能够更好地服务于学生、服务于教学。校园媒体的市场化、专业化和社会化既可以解决校园媒体资金不足、内容乏味、竞争力低下等问题,更可以为学生提供一个完全真实的实践环境,实现校园媒体平台和社会媒体平台的无缝对接。与社会性媒体的改革一样,校园媒体改革也需要一种"企业家精神",这种企业家精神既体现在参与校园媒体的学生身上,更应该体现在校园媒体的管理者身上。The construction of campus media is crucial because it is an important platform for news practice,especially on the School of Media and Communication.Compared with the foreign and Hong Kong and Taiwan,the campus media in mainland still exist the problems of shortage in socialization and profession.To play the function in cultivation of students'practical ability,social transformation of campus media need.In the author's opinion,the Affiliated Hospital mode can provide the reference and the Enlightenment to the reform of campus media.Marketization,specialization and socialization of college media not only can solve the shortage of funds,the campus media content boring,low competitiveness and so on,but it can provide a completely real practical environment for students.As same as the reform of social media,campus media reform also requires a ' entrepreneurial spirit,reflected in the participation of students,and in the campus media managers as well.
