摘 要:用户细分是产业竞争情报理论方法研究的基本问题之一。以风能产业为例,以2011北京国际风能大会暨展览会等为主要研究样本,基于产业展览会参加者群体分析,将产业竞争情报的主要用户细分为设备制造企业、科研机构、投资商、终端用户企业、政府决策管理部门、行业社团、专业服务机构、媒体、研究与教育培训机构9类用户群体,每个具体类别的用户群体又可进一步细分。对产业竞争情报用户细分的研究方法和结果对于理解产业竞争情报与企业竞争情报的相互关系、针对目标细分用户的需求提供高水平竞争情报产品和服务具有参考意义。Theories and practices about user segmentation are basic research topic of industry competitive intelligence domain. With wind energy industry as example, taking China Wind Power 2011 International Conference & Exhibition ( CWP 2011 ) as major research sample, based on analysis of participants of industry exhibitions, the industry competitive intelligence users are divided into nine user segments: manufacturers of equipment, research and development institutions, investment institutions, end user corporations, government organiza- tions, industry associations, industry service organizations, media, industry research &education institutions. Each user segment can be al- so subdivided further. The research method and results of this study have reference value for distinguishing the relationship between corpo- ration competitive intelligence and industry competitive intelligence and better meeting the needs of target competitive intelligence users from both corporation and industry levels.
