摘  要:利用有限元软件ANSYS对重型龙门镗铣床横梁部件进行有限元建模及静特性分析,并根据分析结果对横梁进行结构优化设计.通过ANSYS有限元分析软件对横梁结构分析,明确了这类部件在受到部件重力载荷和切削力作用下的结构位移.通过对横梁自身刚度和横梁变形折算至刀尖位移的分析,为横梁结构的设计提供了科学计算的依据.并根据横梁结构要求达到的精确度指标为设计思想,对重型龙门镗铣床的横梁结构提出了优化方案,其结果可以为结构的进一步改进提供重要依据.Some finite element models are established and static characteristics are analyzed based on the ANSYS finite element analysis software, and according to the results of analysis, optimal structures of the crossbeam are designed. Based on the research on the beam structure through ANSYS finite element analysis software, the displacement with condition of gravity load and cutting force has been obtained. By the analysis of knife point displacement via crossbeam rigidity and crossbeam distortion, the design data for the crossbeam has been achieved by scientific method. Some optimization of beam structure has been done for improving the machine design accuracy based on structure analysis. These results would be a good reference for designing machine tools.
