高校毕业生就业流向与趋势研究——基于城市二元劳动力市场的视角

摘　　要：本文以高校毕业生作为研究对象,分析了我国城市二元劳动力市场背景下毕业生的就业区域与就业部门的流向及发展趋势。研究发现:在城市二元劳动力市场分割的影响下,高校毕业生在城市主要劳动力市场与次要劳动力市场间的自由流动受限,而要弱化这种因为城市劳动力市场制度性分割导致的毕业生就业流动性壁垒,需要政府一方面深化就业体制改革,降低毕业生的流动成本;另一方面则要发挥宏观调控作用,鼓励毕业生实现合理分流。Taking the universitygraduates as the research subjects, this paperanalyzed their employmentflow andthis trend in the background of urban binary labor market. This paper also put forward the influencing factors of graduate employment distributary. The study founded that under the influence ofurban dual labor marketsegmentation, the free flow of graduates are limitedbetweenthe main labor market and the secondary labormarket. In order to weakthe barriers caused by institutional divi- sionofurban labor market,the government should deepen the employment structurereform, reduce the costs of the graduate flow, utilize macro-control,and encourage graduates to achieve reasonable diversion. In addition, graduates need to overcome the old prejudice and place themselves in the right positions.
