摘  要:目的:比较不同粒径龙血竭粉的一般物理性质及体外溶出度。方法:对不同粒径龙血竭粉的外观性状、流动性、浸出物、水分、吸湿性及体外溶出度等进行比较研究。结果:超微粉碎后,龙血竭粉的一般物理性质及体外溶出度均发生一定改变。随粒径的减小,龙血竭粉体逐渐出现团聚现象,颜色变浅,粉末细腻,颗粒感消失。流动性变差,浸出物含量(冷浸法、热浸法)增加,含水量增加,吸湿性变强,体外溶出度提高。结论:与80目细粉比较,龙血竭超微粉的一般物理性质和体外溶出度均发生一定变化,为龙血竭的超微粉入药提供实验依据。Objective: To compare physical properties and in vitro dissolution of Dracaena cochinchinensis powder with different particle size. Method: Comparison study of for D. cochinchinensis with different particle size was adopted,including apparent characteristics,flowability,extractive,moisture content,hygroscopicity,in vitro dissolution and so on. Result: Physical properties and in vitro dissolution of D. cochinchinensis had a certain changes after been ultrafine grinded.Along with decreases of particle size,the powder appeared aggregation gradually and the colour shallowed,the grainy disappeared;The flowability was worse,the content of extract and water increased,the hygroscopicity strengthened,the in vitro dissolution increased. Conclusion: Comparing with the powder of 80 mesh, physical properties and in vitro dissolution of D. cochinchinensis ultrafine powder were changed,which provided experimental foundation for the further study of D. cochinchinensis ultrafine powder.
