摘 要:目的:优选痹痛巴布剂中多元复合透皮促进剂(MCPE)。方法:采用Frans扩散池法进行体外透皮吸收试验,以单位面积累积释放量为指标,采用单因素试验考察1%冰片(BO),1.5%氮酮(AZ),5%丙二醇(PG)及1%薄荷脑(MT)对痹痛巴布剂中桂皮醛体外经皮渗透的影响;以透皮速率、外观及初黏力的综合评分为指标,通过U7(74)均匀设计法优化MCPE的配比。结果:1%MT,1%BO,5%PG及1.5%AZ对痹痛巴布剂中桂皮醛的透皮渗透均具有不同程度的促进作用;MCPE最佳BO-AZ-PG-MT配比为1.33%∶1.90%∶6.40%∶1.30%。结论:优选的MCPE可明显提高痹痛巴布剂的透皮速率常数,同时对其外观质量及初黏力的影响较小。Objective: To optimize multiple composite penetration enhancers(MCPE) of Bitong cataplasm. Method: In vitro percutaneous absorption test was used by Frans diffusion cell method,with cumulative release per unit area as index,effects of 1% borneol(BO),1.5% azone(AZ),5% propylene glycol(PG) and 1% menthol(MT) on in vitro percutaneous penetration of cinnamic aldedyde in Bitong cataplasm were investigated by single factor test;With composite score of permeation rate,appearance and initial adhesion as index,U7(74) uniform design was used to optimize the prescription of MCPE. Result: 1% BO,1.5% AZ,5% PG and 1% MT had different degrees role in promoting for transdermal penetration of cinnamic aldehyde in Bitong cataplasm;Optimum ratio of MCPE was BO-AZ-PG-MT=1.33%:1.90%:6.40%:1.30%. Conclusion: This optimized MCPE could significantly improve transdermal rate constant of Bitong cataplasm,while effects on appearance and initial adhesion was small.
