摘 要:目的:建立桑叶药材的指纹图谱,为桑叶药材的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用HPLC法,Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-1.0%醋酸水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长290 nm,柱温30℃,进样10μL。结果:建立了13批桑叶药材的指纹图谱。桑叶合格药材有16个共有峰,多数峰可以达到较好分离,具有较高的相似度。结论:建立的高效液相指纹图谱有较好的精密度、重复性和稳定性,可作为桑叶质量评价参考。Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint of Morus alba,which was expected to be standards of quality control and identification of the Chinese crude drug. Method: The HPLC method was used,chromatography conditions were Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column with gradient mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid,UV detection wavelength was 290 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃ with the flow rate of 1.0 mLmin-1, the sample injection was 10 μL. Result: HPLC fingerprints of 13 samples of M. alba were established.16 mutual peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks in 11 samples.Among the obtained fingerprints,most of the detected peaks were separated effectively.11 samples had high similarities. Conclusion: The established HPLC fingerprint has desirable accuracy,repeatability and stability,which can be used for one of the quality control of M. alba.
