摘 要:目的:建立复方野菊花含片中黄芩苷和蒙花苷含量测定的方法。方法:采用HPLC,Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸(25∶75),检测波长334 nm。结果:黄芩苷和蒙花苷进样量分别在0.460~2.760μg(r=0.999 5),0.020~0.400μg(r=0.999 9)线性关系良好;黄芩苷和蒙花苷平均回收率分别为101.77%(RSD0.98%),98.36%(RSD 1.68%)。结论:该方法简便易行,重复性好,可用于复方野菊花含片中黄芩苷和蒙花苷含量测定。Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of baicalin and buddleoside in Compound Yejuhua Buccal Tablets. Method: HPLC was adopted to determine the content of baicalin and buddleoside. The Kromasil-C18 Column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.1% aqueous phosphoric acid (25:75); the detection wavelength was set at 334 nm. Result: There was good linearity between the peak area and concentration within the range of 0.460-2.760 μg (r=0.999 9) for baicalin and 0.020-0.400 μg (r=0.999 9) for buddleoside respectively. The average recoveries of baicalin and buddleoside were 101.77% (RSD 0.98%) and 98.36% (RSD 1.68%) respectively (n=6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and specific for quality control of Compound Yejuhua Buccal Tablets.
