黄芩苷-冰片联合应用对表皮葡萄球菌的抑菌作用

摘　　要：目的:研究黄芩苷-冰片配伍使用对表皮葡萄球菌生长的抑制作用。方法:采用比浊法,在600 nm下测定加入不同浓度黄芩苷、冰片和黄芩苷-冰片混合物后菌液的吸光度,以不同剂量药物对表皮葡萄球菌生长的抑制率为指标比较各组的抑菌效果。结果:加入冰片后,不同浓度黄芩苷溶液的抑菌率均有显著提高;黄芩苷、冰片质量浓度分别为1200,600 mg.L-1时,两药单独使用的抑菌率分别为49.78%,13.41%,而两药合用的抑菌率为78.15%,在此浓度下,两药抑菌效果提升最为显著。结论:黄芩苷-冰片配伍使用对表皮葡萄球菌生长有协同抑制作用,能够显著增强两药对表皮葡萄球菌的抑菌能力。Objective： The aim of this paper is to estimate the anti-bacterial effects of baicalin and borneol on Staphylococcus epidermidis. Method： A modified turbidimetry, which referred to the solution absorbance assay at 600 nm, was applied to determine the inhibition ratio of S. epidermidis growth by adding different concentrations of baicalin, borneol and baicalin-borneol mixed solutions. Result： The inhibition ratios of S.epidermidis growth of different baicalin concentration solutions with borneol added showed significant increase compared with blank baicalin solutions. The inhibition ratios were 49.78% with 1 200 mgL-1 baicalin solution, and 13.41% with 600 mgL-1 borneol solution, separately. The significant inhibition ratio which indicated the synergistic effect was 78.15% under the mixed solution with the baicalin concentration of 1200 mgL-1 and borneol 600 mgL-1. Conclusion： The compatibility of a certain amount of baicalin and borneol, which significantly enhanced the anti-bacterial effects of two compounds separately, indicated the outstanding synergistic effect on the inhibition of S.epidermidis growth.
