基于现有抗肿瘤类中药艾迪的动物试验有效性评价

摘　　要：目的:旨在评价中药艾迪对动物移植瘤影响的有效性。方法:计算机检索电子数据库,纳入艾迪干预移植瘤的动物体内试验。评价纳入研究的质量并提取资料,并用RevMan 5.0软件进行统计分析。结果:共纳入13篇研究,Meta分析结果显示:与荷瘤模型组相比,艾迪可改善移植瘤质量,一定程度提高动物免疫功能,且艾迪联合化疗组在瘤重方面优于单纯化疗组。结论:艾迪对于动物移植瘤有一定辅助治疗作用,为后续的研究提供参考。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Aidi in treatment of transplanted tumor. Method： We searched the databases up to September 2011 to identify randomized controlled trials （RCTs） about traditional Chinese medicine Aidi in treatment of transplanted tumor in animals. They evaluated the quality of the included studies and analyzed data by Cochrane Collaboration＇s RevMan 5.0 software. Result： Thirteen RCTs involving 1 643 animal were included. Meta analysis results suggested that there were some certain differences between Aidi groups and model groups bearing tumor, reducing the weight of transplanted tumor and improving immune function in some degree. Besides this, compared with chemotherapy alone, Aidi plus chemotherapy has an advantage in tumor weight. Conclusion： The results of indicate that Aidi may have adjuvant therapeutic effects in treatment of transplanted tumor.
