白花丹花和果实中白花丹醌含量的分析

摘　　要：[目的]检测白花丹花和果实中白花丹醌的含量,为白花丹花和果实的临床应用及开发提供依据。[方法]采用无水甲醇(50 ml)冷浸药材粉末24 h后,再利用超声提取(50 min),通过高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定白花丹花和果实中白花丹醌的含量。[结果]白花丹花及果实中白花丹醌的含量分别为0.005 9%和0.009 5%。[结论]白花丹花和果实均含活性成分白花丹醌,具有开发利用价值。[Objective] To determine the plumbagin content in the flowers and fruits of P.zeylanica,so as to provide references for the clinical application and development of P.zeylanica flowers and fruits.[Method] The powder of P.zeylanica was firstly soaked in 50 ml anhydrous methanol for 24 h,then extracted by ultrasonic wave for 50 min,and finally determined by HPLC to detect the plumbagin content in its flowers and fruits.[Result] The content of plumbagin in the flowers and fruits of P.zeylanica was 0.005 9% and 0.009 5%,respectively.[Conclusion] Plumbagin can be found in both the flowers and fruits of P.zeylanica which has high value of development and utilization.
