摘 要:采用盆栽方法,研究煤矸石覆土厚度对胡枝子生长的影响。结果表明,胡枝子株高和地上部生物量随着煤矸石覆土厚度的增加呈增加趋势;植株生长60 d时,覆土煤矸石基质中胡枝子的株高是未覆土煤矸石基质的2.41~3.18倍;煤矸石覆土厚度是影响胡枝子地上部生物量的重要指标之一,其与胡枝子地上部生物量呈极显著正相关,方程为Y=0.212X+0.897(r=0.916);从胡枝子株高和生物量来看,在不施肥的情况下,煤矸石覆盖厚度为9~12 cm的土壤,基本可以满足胡枝子的正常生长。By using pot method,the effect of gangue thickness of overburden soil on the growth of Leapedeza bicolor was studied.The results showed that the plant height and aboveground biomass increased with the increase of overburden soil coal thickness.The plant height of L.bicolor in overburden soil gangue is 2.41-3.18 times than that in uncover gangue matrix.Thickness of overburden soil is one of important indicators influencing aboveground biomass of L.bicolor,which has extremely significant positive correlation with the equation of Y=0.212X+0.897(r=0.916).Seeing from plant height and biomass,without adding fertilizer,9-12 cm soil can basically satisfy normal growth of L.bicolor.
