摘　　要：在我国社会主义初级阶段 ,确立市场经济体制具有必然性和可能性 ,而社会主义市场经济体制在所有制上表现为以公有制为主体多种所有制共同存在、共同发展。On China's initial stage of socialism, it is of inevitability and possibility to establish market economy system, where public ownership functions as the principal part, while co-existing and co-developing with several other ownerships. To establish modern enterprise system can comprehensively solve a series of systematical contradictions arising in the course of gearing state enterprises into market.
