摘 要:在恒容高压反应釜中,以无水乙醇为溶剂,控制温度和压力,研究煤焦油洗油馏分中的联苯在超临界状态下的溶解度。通过气相色谱检测,分析萃取的余液,实验结果表明,在萃取温度为260℃、压力为9.7MPa时,联苯在超临界乙醇中的溶解度为0.019 53 g/mL,达到最佳萃取分离比1.73。通过实验研究可知,温度与压力的变化对固体物质的超临界溶解度具有突出影响,尤其压力的影响更为显著。Biphenyl is a constituent of wash oil in the coal tar. The biphenyl solubility in the supercritical ethanol was studied by adopting the method of controlling the temperature and pressure in the constant volume high pressure reac- tion kettle. The experiment, through GC analysis, showed that at 260 ℃, and 9.7 MPa, the hiphenyl solubility in the su- percritical ethanol was 0.019 53 g/mL and the extraction separation ratio reached 1.73, which was the best. From the study of the experiment, it concluded that the change of the temperature and pressure had prominent influence on the solid material solubility in the supercritical ethanol, and the influence from the pressure was even more significant.
