不育男性精液中的顶体酶活性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨精子顶体酶活性测定对男性不育症的实验室诊断价值。方法:按精液常规分析结果将不育男性分为正常精液参数不育组和异常精液参数不育组,同时设立正常对照组,分析比较各组顶体酶活性水平差异。结果:正常对照组顶体酶活性为(93.5±42.7)μIU/106精子,正常精液参数不育组精子顶体酶活性为(29.4±11.5)μIU/106精子,异常精液参数不育组顶体酶活性为(16.9±13.1)μIU/106精子,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:精子顶体酶活性检测对评价男性精液质量有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the value of detecting the activity of aerosomal enzyme to alagnose male Lr^emmy.~aemoes L^mae me pauents of male infertility into normal semen group and abnormal group according to the results of semen routine analysis,meanwhile set up the normal control group,compare the difference of acrosomal enzyme activity among each group.Results The enzyme activity of normal control group is （93.5 ±42.7） μIU/106 sperm,the normal semen group of male infertility is （29.4 ±11.5）μIU/106 sperm,and which is （16.9 ± 13.1） μ IU/106 sperm in the abnomal semen group of male infertility, the difference has statistical significance（P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion The measurement of acrosomal enzyme activity has high clinical application value for evaluating male semen quality.
