摘  要:文化产业价值链本质上是由一系列能够满足顾客需求的价值创造活动组成。其中,衍生品的价值创造能力往往数倍于文化产品本身,衍生品开发成为文化产业价值创造不可或缺的一环。本文认为,文化产业价值创造活动可分为文化创意、文化产品生产、流通及衍生品开发四个阶段,同时认为衍生品开发位于价值链的高端。通过对文化产业价值链成本面进行分析,可以看出衍生品开发不仅延伸了价值链长度,同时具有促进成本面曲线下移的作用。Essentially, the value chains of culture industry are constructed by a series of value-added activities that could meet the needs of customers, in which the value-added ability of cultural derivatives is several times over that of culture products. The develop-ment of cultural derivatives should be regards as a key link of the value chain. In the article, the value-added activities are divided into the following four; Creative, Production, distribution and the derivatives development which is regarded as the high end of value chain. By analyzing the facet of culture value chains' cost, we think the derivatives development not only extend the length of the value chains but also promote the curve of the facet of value chains' cost moving down.
