氩氦刀靶向治疗肝癌不良反应的观察与护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨研究氩氦刀靶向治疗肝癌不良反应的观察与护理。方法:40例患者采用经皮肝穿刺氩氦刀进行肝癌治疗,观察发生术后不良反应的原因以及护理措施。结果:在肝癌治疗过程中有20例出现了发热,18例出现了疼痛,14例出现了皮肤冻伤,10例出现了窦性心动过缓,5例出现了冷休克不良反应,所有患者及时发现及时护理,不良反应均得到了有效处理。结论:在治疗过程中及时发现不良反应和对不良反应进行及时的护理,均得到了纠正,可以有效的提高患者的生存质量。Objective To explore the adverse reactions observed with care of Argon-Helium targeted cryoablation in the treatment of liver cancer.Methods 40 cases were treated with percutaneous transhepatic cryosurgical treatment of liver cancer, observed postoperative adverse reasons and nursing measures.Results In the treatment of liver cancer process,20 patients had a fever,18 cases pain,skin frostbite in 14 cases,10 cases of sinus bradycardia,cold shock adverse reactions in 5 cases,All patients timely detection and timely care,adverse reactions are effective treatment.Conclusion In the course of treatment,Timely detection of adverse reactions and adverse reactions timely care,have been corrected and improved patient survival rate.
