摘 要:针对继电保护设备周期检修的弊端,在深入研究输变电设备状态检修的基础上,提出基于数据采集与监视控制(SCADA)系统对继电保护主要设备实施状态检修的应用尝试。采用在线、离线检测技术相结合,运用模糊数学方法处理数据,建立设备状态信息数据库,形成设备生命全过程管理,实现对故障设备重点检修,可有效减少检修停电和盲目检修。以许继公司生产的WXH-820系列微机线路保护测控装置为例进行分析,证明该方法能有效提高继电保护设备可靠性。According to the shortages of cycle maintenance for the relay protection and through the in-depth research on the power transmission and transformation equipment's condition based maintenance, this paper attempts to do the applied research on relay protection equipment's condition maintenance based on the supervisory control and data ac- quisition (SCADA)system. By the combining of online and offline detection technologies, the equipment's state data can be obtained. Then the data were processed using the fuzzy mathematics method and the corresponding results are stored in a device state information database in order to achieve the whole process management of the equipment life. It can efficiently reduce the duration of outage due to the maintenance and avoid aimless maintenance. Through analysis on the WHX-820 series of microcomputer protection, it is verified that the condition-based maintenance (CBM) can effectively improve the reliability of relay protection equipments.
