丙泊酚配合芬太尼用于无痛人工流产的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨丙泊酚配合芬太尼用于无痛人工流产术的临床护理。方法:回顾性分析我院2010年03月-2012年11月采用丙泊酚配伍芬太尼麻醉行人工流产的562例患者的临床护理资料。结果:562例患者经精心护理均在术后5-10min清醒,无恶心、呕吐、胸闷等并发症,术后观察1-2 h,无不适后离院。结论:丙泊酚联合芬太尼用于无痛人流麻醉效果满意,对无痛人流术者采取积极有效的护理措施,可以避免并发症的发生,最大限度地提高护理安全质量。Objective： To explore the clinical nursing of propofol plus fentanyl used in painless artificial abortion. Methods ： a retrospec- tive clinical nursing data of 562 patients in our hospital in 2010 03 months - 2012 year in November using propofol combined fentanyl anesthesia in artificial abortion. Results： 562 patients through careful nursing care in the postoperative 5 - 10min awake, no nausea, vomiting, chest tightness and other complications, postoperative observation of 1 - 2 h, no discomfort after leaving hospital. Conclusion ： propofol combined with fentanyl for Induced Abortion Anesthesia, take the positive effective nursing measure for painless induced abortion, can prevent the occurrence of complications, to maximize the quality of nursing safety.
