摘　　要：目的:探讨内分泌专业临床药师培养过程中,参与心内科等相关科室查房的必要性。方法:通过对我国糖尿病(DM)与心血管疾病(CVD)的密切相关关系的分析,参考卫生部专科医师培训的模式,并结合临床药师在临床科室的实际例子,对内分泌专业临床药师在心血管内科等相关科室轮转的必要性进行论述。结果:内分泌专业临床药师在心血管内科既学习到了相关知识,也为心内科提供药学服务。结论:内分泌专业临床药师在心内科的临床实践是形势所需,并为进一步开展在内分泌科的工作打下了坚实的基础。Aim： This paper is intended to explore the necessity of the clinical endocrine pharmacists＇ participation in ward rounds of the departments related to Department of Cardiovascular Medicine. Method ： Based on the analysis of the close relation be- tween diabetes and angioeardiopathy in China, the reference to the specialist training pattern of the Health Department and the practical examples of the clinical pharmacists＇ practice in clinical sections, this paper expounds on how necessary it is for the clinical endocrine pharmacists to practice medicine in the relevant departments like Department of Cardiovascular Medicine. Result： The clinical endocrine pharmacists not only gain the knowledge they need but also provide pharmaceutical care for the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine. Conclusion： It is necessary for the clinical pharmacists to carry out clinical practice in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, thus laying a solid foundation for their future work in the division of endocrinology.
