摘　　要：2005年,美国加州大学旧金山分校（UCSF）公布了7432㎡的干细胞和发育生物学研究中心的设计招标书。这一新设施将在行业中处于领先地位，但其关于人类胚胎干细胞的研究则颇具争议。大学为再生医学大楼《RMB）在帕纳萨斯校区选择了一处狭窄、陡峭的场地，新大楼将包含开放水下实验室、实验室后勤空间和办公空间。In 2005, the University of California, San Francisco （UCSF） issued an RFP for an 80 000-square- foot stem cell and developmental biology research center, one that would put the institution at the forefront of the promising, yet controversial, field of human embryonic stem cell research. The university chose a narrow, steeply sloped site on its Parnassus Campus for the Regeneration Medicine Building （RMB）, which was to include open wet labs, Lab support spaces and offices.
