静脉封闭联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸利多卡因静脉封闭联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法将180例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者按随机开放对照的方法分为3组,60例治疗组常规药物治疗上同时加用盐酸利多卡因静脉封闭及窄谱中波紫外线局部皮损照射和60例对照组1常规药物治疗上加用盐酸利多卡因静脉封闭,60例对照组2在常规药物治疗上加用窄谱中波紫外线局部皮损照射,10d为1个疗程,2个疗程后采用目测类比评分法(VAS)来观察3组治疗前后的的临床疗效。结果治疗组的有效率为86.67%,对照组1的有效率为73.33%,对照组2的有效率为58.33%,治疗组与对照组1和对照组2的疗效差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论盐酸利多卡因静脉封闭联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛,具备疗效显著、不良反应少、价廉、易操作等优点,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effects and security of lidocaine hydrochloride vein block and narrow band ultraviolet therapy in treating postherpetic neuralgia patients. Methods 180 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomLy divided into three teams. Treatment group with 60 patients was treated by conventional medical treatment adding lidocaine hydrochloride vein block and local skin irradiation by narrow band ultraviolet. Control group I with 60 patients was treated by conventional medical treatment adding lidocaine hydrochloride vein block while control group 2 with 60 patients was treated by conventional medical treatment combing local skin irradiation by narrow band ultraviolet. Ten days are one course of period. After two courses of period, the clinical effects of the three teams were observed in VAS method. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 86.67% while control group 1 was 73.33% and control group 2 was 58.33%. There was a significant difference between treatment group and the two control groups in the total effective rates （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The therapy of treating postherpetic neuralgia by lidocaine hydrochloride vein block and narrow band ultraviolet worth clinic promotion because of its effective treatment, less adverse reaction, less expense and easy to operate.
