酒精性低血糖偏瘫的误诊分析

摘　　要：目的提高对酒精性低血糖偏瘫的认识,减少误诊。方法回顾性分析我院2000年以来以脑血管意外收治的酒精性低血糖偏瘫的临床资料。结果本组23例,男性,年龄26~60岁,平均48岁,既往有汹酒史,就诊前大量饮酒,全部病例出现神智障碍,右侧偏瘫14例,左侧偏瘫9例,CT检查阴性,经查低血糖后,给予快速静脉补充葡萄糖后,全部病例神经系统症状体征全部消失,复查CT未见异常。结论酒精性低血糖偏瘫容易误诊脑血管意外,应引起足够重视,以减少误诊误治。Objective To improve the understanding of the alcoholic hypoglycemia hemiplegia, reduce misdiagnosis. Methods To retrospective analysis the alcoholic hypoglycemia hemiplegic pacient＇s clinical material misdiagnosed the cerebrovascular accident, since 2000. Results The 23 cases of alcoholic hypoglycemia hemiplegia, all male, age 26-60 （average 48） years old, had a drinking history, had a large number of drinking before saw doctors, all case had appeared inspirt obstacle and neurological signs, the right hemiplegia 14 cases, left hemiplegia 9 cases, the CT sign of all cases was normal, after examed blood sugar, confirmed hypoglycemia ,intravenous drop rapid glucose, all patients nervous system symptoms and signs disappeared, to review CT, all patient＇ s manifestation was normal. Conclusion Alcoholic hypoglycemia hemiplegia easily misdiagnosed cerebrovascular accident, should enough attention, in order to reduce the misdiagnosis and wrong treatment.
