穴位敷贴联合穴位注射治疗慢性荨麻疹500例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察穴位敷贴联合穴位注射治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效。方法将500例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组250例。治疗组以穴位敷贴加苯海拉明足三里穴位注射治疗,对照组单独应用苯海拉明治疗,治疗3周、6周、停药4周进行临床疗效观察及对症状积分进行比较。结果治疗3周、6周、停药4周时间段两组人群症状的积分差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效好于对照组。结论穴位敷贴联合苯海拉明足三里穴位注射治疗慢性荨麻疹具有显著疗效,值得临床上广泛应用。Objective To observe curative effect of chronic urticaria treated by point application combine injectio ad acumen. Methods Fine hundred patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups （n=250 for each group）. Patients in treatment group were treated by point application combine diphenhydramine injectio ad acumen. Patients in control group were only treated by diphenhydramine. Clinical curative effect was observed and symptom integration was compared in 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks and withdrawal in 4 weeks. Results In 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks and withdrawal in 4 weeks, there were significantly different between the treatment group and the control group both in the clinical curative effect and symptom integration （P〈0.05） . The treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusions Treatment to chronic urticaria by point application combine diphenhydramine injectio ad acumen has significant effect, it deserved extensive application in clinically.
