内固定术在胫骨近端骨折治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析内固定术在胫骨近端骨折的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析,将2011年1月至2012年3月住我科的共126例胫骨近端骨折患者,分为两组,即对照组113例采用外固定术,观察组113例采用内固定术治疗,将两组的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果随访6～24个月,对照组患者中8例表现为愈合畸形,3例表现为骨折未愈合,经内固定术治愈,18例出现关节并发症情况,根据美国特种外科医院Insall JN的膝关节评分系统,评分总优良率为46.29%;观察组患者骨折全部愈合,评分总优良率为97.21%,将两组行统计学比较,P<0.05,表明两组具有显着的差异性。结论采用内固定术治疗胫骨近端骨折,可改善膝关节功能、促进骨折愈合。Objective To analyze internal fixation of proximal tibial fractures therapeutic effect. Methods A retrospective analysis of live our department in January 2011 -2012 in March a total of 126 cases of proximal tibia fracture patients, 113 cases were divided into two groups, the control group, 113 cases with external fixation. Results The follow-up of 6-24 months, the patients of the control group, eight cases showed healing malformations, three patients showed no nonunion after internal fixation heal articular complications in 18 cases, according to the American Hospital for Special Surgery Insall JN knee scoring system, rated excellent and good rate was 46.29%; observation group patients with fractures healed, rated excellent and good rate was 97.21%, the two sets of line statistical comparison, P〈 0.05. Conclusion The internal fixation of proximal tibial fractures, improve knee function, promote fracture healing.
