摘  要:检测表明,京唐550 m2烧结机料层各层各区烧结矿存在的问题为:①高温带宽度和移动速度沿台车宽度方向呈现一定的不均匀性;②除表层外,沿料层高度往下,烧结矿的转鼓指数和成品率等指标并不一定增高,粒度降解程度反而越往下越大。基于以上研究,提出了优化措施。实施后,使得物料在台车宽度和高度方向上分布得到改善,尤其是高度方向上偏析趋于合理,烧结矿质量有所改善,转鼓指数提高0.2~0.49个百分点,5~10 mm比例降低0.2~0.69个百分点,成品率提高1.67%。The test shows that the problems existing in different regions and different layers of sinter ores on Jingtang 550 ㎡ sinter machine are as follows: (1) The high temperature zone width and flame front travelling speed show a certain non- uniformity along the pallet width direction;(2) Except the surface layer, down along the bed height, the sinter tumbler index and yield index will not necessarily increase, whereas the size degradation degree gets higher increasingly. Based on the above research, optimization measures are put forward. After their implementation, the material distribution along the pallet width and height direction is improved, especially the segregation along the height direction tends to be reasonable, the sinter quality is somewhat improved with the sinter tumbler index 0.2% - 0.49% higher,5 - 10 mm sinter 0.2% -0. 69 % lower and sinter yield 1.67% higher.
