摘  要:浙江绍兴漓铁球团有限公司所用含锌铁矿石铁品位为65.05%,属高品位铁精粉,P、S等有害杂质含量较低,但Zn含量高达0.3%,超过了入炉原料含Zn<0.1%的要求。本文提出采用内配碳球团高温还原法生产预还原球团矿,还原脱锌的同时得到金属化率80%以上的金属化球团。在还原焙烧温度为1 100℃,还原焙烧时间为60 min,配煤量为15.0%的条件下,获得的成品球金属化率可达83.3%,脱锌率为84.5%,抗压强度为2 354 N/个,Zn含量降至0.047%,符合高炉对入炉原料的要求。The TFe content of zinc-containing iron ore used in Shaoxing Litie Pelletizing Co., Ltd of Zhejiang is 65.05 %, it is the high-grade concentrate, the content of the detrimental impurities like P and S is low, but the zinc content is up to 0.3%,which exceeds the requirement of 〈 0.1% Zn content for BF burden. It is proposed to adopt the high temperature reduction method of internal carbon pellet to produce the pre-reduction pellet, at the time of reduction and dezincing, the metalized pellet with the metallization rate up to 80% can be obtained. Under the conditions of roasting temperature 1 100 ~C, reduction roasting time 60 rain and 15.0 % internal coal, qualified product pellets for blast furnace are obtained, the metallization rate is 83.3 %, the dezincing rate is 84.5 %, the compressive strength is 2 354 N/P, and the Zn content is decreased to 0.047 %.
