摘  要:采用X射线衍射谱和透射电镜对类富勒烯二硫化钼的结构和形貌进行表征;采用真空四球摩擦试验机研究其作为添加剂对全氟聚醚润滑脂的摩擦学性能的影响;采用光学显微镜测试试验后钢球磨斑直径,采用能量色散谱仪和扫描电镜分别对磨斑的表面成分和形貌进行分析表征。结果表明,类富勒烯二硫化钼能够改善全氟聚醚润滑脂在真空下的摩擦学性能,使摩擦因数降低、磨斑减小,且使磨损表面变得平滑。Themorphology and structure of the inorganic fullerene-like MoS2 were characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The tribological performances of the inorganic fullerene-like MoS2 as additive of perflu- oropolyether grease was investigated on vacuum four-ball tribometer, the wear scars of the steel ball after tests were evalua- ted by microscope, the surface component of the wear scars was observed using energy dispersive spectrometer, and the sur- face morphology was studied by scanning electron microscopy. The results indicate that the inorganic fullerene-like MoS2 can improve the friction reducing and anti-wear performances of perfluoropolyether grease in vacuum. The friction coeffi- cient and the wear scar diameter are decreased, and the surface of the wear scar becomes smooth after adding the inorganic fullerene-like MoS2 in the perfluoropolyether grease.
