摘 要:随着技术及制造能力的提高,各种高压设备的设计、制造日臻完善,逐步形成了各自完备的质量控制体系,但在各设备间的对接上问题不断。常见的与GIS直接连接的一次设备有:变压器(或电抗器)、电缆、母线管道GIL等。笔者对直连方式的要点进行了解读,并提出了切实可行的解决措施:直连对接部应设置为可拆分结构的独立气室,其接口尺寸和供货分工要进行充分的沟通,并将沟通的结果图示化、得到双方的签字认可;对于变压器直连部,由于受特定空间的限制,必要时需预留母线段、待双方设备就位测绘后再行制作;对于电缆直连部,其附近柔性电缆的支撑要牢固可靠,以免运行中附加的机械力作用于对接部位引发故障;对于管道母线对接部,为避免双方壳体中的感应电流和热伸缩应力的相互影响,双方都有责任在对接部附近设置刚性足够的固定支撑并良好接地;至于现场的高压绝缘试验,原则上双方分开进行,条件受限时,最好采取一方先行耐压,而后通过该方对另一方施加高电压的方式完成现场绝缘试验。The manufacturing technology progress, design and manufacture of miscellaneous high voltage devices are more and more perfect and gradually formed their own complete quality control system nowadays. But problems in the connection between different equipment onsite appear continuously due to different manufacturers supply different main equipement. Common main equipment connected to GIS are power transformer (or reactor) ,power cable and gas insulated lines (GIL) etc. This paper explains main points of direct connection mode and gives feasible measures. Direct connection docking part shall be set to detachable independent gas chamber,its interface size and supply division shall enough be communicated within different manufacturers or utilities. In this paper,the problems and solutions of direct connections of GIS to transformer, cable and GIL are analyzed such as connection size, installation space, mechanical stress and acceptance test.
