摘　　要：论述了网络化与西部农业开发的关系 ;西部农业信息网络发展现状与问题 ;提出了西部农业科技网络发展目标、 6项发展对策和包括网络系统工程与数据库建设工程、农业信息监测与速报系统、计算机智能化农业专家系统 ,1个基地和This paper discussed the relations between the network and agricultural development in west China, and the present situation and problems in development of agricultural information network. At the same time, the author proposed the development objective of the west China′s agricultural scien tech information network and six strategies. Finally, some key development realms are proposed including the network system engineering and database construction engineering, the agricultural information monitoring and rapid forecasting system, the computer intelligent agricultural expert system, one base and one system.
