摘　　要：聚烯烃硬制品热熔胶粘剂能够很好的粘结聚烯烃硬制品材料。是一种不含溶剂、不含水分100%的固体可熔性聚合物。以乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)和增粘树脂的质量比、反应温度、保温时间作为制备胶粘剂的主要因素,通过测定胶粘剂的性能(抗剪强度)优选出制备热熔胶粘剂的最佳工艺条件。Hot melt adhesive is used for rigid products made of polyolefine,a sort of solid meltableness substance consisting of polymer except for water, solvent etc,it can stick down well polyolefine hard products. With mass ratio of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer（EVA）to tackifier resin, reaction tem- perature and heat preservation time as main factors of preparing adhesive, so the optimum process con- ditions of preparing adhesives were preferred by testing performances of adhesive （such as shear strength）.
