摘  要:对常压下以油酸和乙二胺为原料合成乙撑双油酸酰胺的方法进行了研究,考察了原料配比、催化剂种类及用量、反应温度及时间对合成反应的影响。确定了最佳工艺条件:n(油酸)∶n(乙二胺)=1∶0.52,催化剂为磷酸,m(磷酸)∶m(油酸)=0.5%,反应温度185~190℃,反应时间4~5h。在此条件下,产品的酸值<7.0mgKOH/g,熔点112~118℃。Ethylene bis oleamide was synthesized by oleic acid and ethylene diamine at normal pres- sure. Effects of process parameters, such as raw materials ratio, catalyst types and dosage, reaction temperature and time on synthesis process were studied, and the optimal synthesis conditions were de- fined as follows:mole radio of oleie acid and ethylene diamine was 1 : 0. 52,phosphoric acid was used as catalyst,mass fraction of catalyst (based on oleic acid) was 0. 5%,reaction temperation was 185- 190 ℃ and reaction time was 4-5 h. Under this suitable condition,acid value of product was less than 7. 0 mgKOH g-1,melting point of product can be up to 112-118 ℃.
