摘 要:用一定量的丙烯酸甲酯(MA)在过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)的引发下,对聚异丁烯进行了熔融接枝聚合反应,得到了解缠绕剂丙烯酸甲酯接枝聚异丁烯。讨论了BPO的用量、MA的用量、反应温度和反应时间对接枝率的影响。结果发现,当m(BPO)∶m(PIB)=0.4%时,接枝率最高,约为1.6%。同时当解缠绕剂用量为0.3%时,得到的解缠绕剂共混改性LLDPE的断裂伸长率得到大幅提升,柔韧性和印刷性得到明显改善。Poly isobutene occurred melt grafting reaction in the presence of a certain amount of methyl acrylate (MA) initiated with benzoyl peroxide (BPO), and thus obtained solution winding agent MA grafting polyisobutene. The current study evaluated the effect of BPO amount, MA amount, reaction temperature and reaction time on grafting rate. As a result, when BPO amount was 0. 4%, grafting rate reached the highest ca. 16 %. When amount of solution winding agent was 1 %, the elongation and the printing of LLDPE blends were significantly enhanced,and its flexibility was obviously improved.
