摘　　要：以中国石油吉林石化公司电石厂441C循环水场补水量异常问题处理过程为例,通过对循环水运行过程中各种损失因素和计量检测系统的排查,找到了441C循环水场补水量异常的原因并进行了相应的处理,为今后该类问题的解决,提供了行之有效的分析和处理方法。This paper takes the example of the treatment process of abnormal supplementary water quantity in 441C circulating water system of Calcium Carbide Factory of Jilin Petrochemical company. Through the inspection of all kinds of loss factors and the measuring system, the author found out the causes of abnormal supplementary water quantity in circulating water system and how to deal with them. It provides an effective analysis and treatment method in case of this kind of problem in the future.
