摘 要:测定了人参皂甙、黄芪皂甙、党参皂甙、三七皂甙、绞股蓝总皂甙对小鼠免疫器官指数、血清溶血素的影响。结果表明,人参皂甙、绞股蓝皂甙、三七皂甙能显著增加小鼠免疫器官指数,提高小鼠血清溶血素的含量,且三者之间无明显差异。不同科属的皂甙对小鼠免疫器官具有不同的刺激能力,这种刺激能力可以作为筛选提高动物免疫的绿色饲料添加剂的指标。Effect of saponins of Panax ginseng, A stragalus saponin, Codonopsis pilosula saponin, Panax notoginseng, total gypenosides on mice immune organ index and serum hemolysin was determined. The results showed that ginsenosides, Gynostemma pentaphyUum, Panax notoginseng could significantly increase the index of immune organ in mice and the content of its serum hemolysin. And there were no significant differences between the three kinds of saponins. The stimulation abilities of different genera of saponin on mice immune organs were different, and the stimulation ability could be used as a screeriing index to improve animal immune green feed additive.
