外源DNA直接导入技术及在大豆育种中的应用

摘　　要：外源DNA直接导入技术又称花粉管通道法,是中国学者自主创新发明的分子育种方法。由于该方法具有能直接得到转化种子、操作简便经济、转化频率高、材料多样性等优点,目前在多种农作物育种中得到应用。介绍了外源DNA直接导入技术的方法及其在大豆育种中的应用,并对该技术进行了评价。Direct introduction exogenous DNA, also named pollen tube pathway,was a molecular breeding method invented by Chinese scholars. The method has been widely used in crop genetic improvement at present, because it has the advantages that transform seeds can be directly got, with high transform frequency, easy and simple to handle, material variety, etc. This article describes the principles of the direct introduction exogenous DNA technique, and its application in soybean breeding. Finally, the technology has been evaluated.
