摘　　要：江苏省是中国水稻主产省和高产省之一,其水稻种业近10 a获得了较快发展。但同时也面临着市场竞争主体整体实力一般,品种选育优势未转化成胜势,缺乏质高稳产的区域性品种和拳头产品等系列问题。基于此,有必要在加快种业集团建设进程,改革企业运行机制,推进品种选育环节改革进程,拿出适合生产生活需要的优质水稻品种,充分发挥江苏省主要农作物种子技术创新战略联盟作用等方面下功夫,利用江苏水稻品种研发的优势力量和市场渠道,促使种子企业产业迅速升级,抢抓有利机遇,尽快做大做强。Jiangsu province is one of the provinces with high yield of rice in China,and the rice seed industry in nearly ten years gets a rapid development.At the mean time it also faces competition in the market.Variety breeding advantage is not converted into winning situation.High quality,stable yield regional varieties and fist products,etc.are also lacking.Based on this,it is necessary to speed up the seed industry group construction,to make the reform of enterprise operation mechanism,promote variety breeding link reform process,take out suitable good rice varieties for production and living needs,and at the mean time,give full play to the main crop seed technology innovation strategy alliance function of aspect,take the use of Jiangsu rice varieties development advantage strength and market channels to promote seed enterprise industry rapid upgrade,and catch favorable opportunity to do bigger and stronger.
