有线电视运营商企业信息化建设中BOSS系统的发展探讨

摘　　要：目前我国大力推进信息化建设,各行各业都在不断加快信息化建设以提高市场竞争力。随着有线电视双向网改造基本完成,面对三网融合带来的机遇与挑战,作为市场进入程度相对不足、竞争力相对较差的有线电视网,加快企业信息化建设已经刻不容缓。从有线电视运营商企业信息化建设入手,着重对信息化系统建设中的BOSS系统的发展现状和存在的问题进行深入分析和探讨,结合有线电视网络的自身特点和发展现状,提出了BOSS系统建设的目标和需要注意的问题,为有线电视BOSS系统的建设和改进提供了思路和建议。通过信息化建设,帮助有线电视运营快速适应市场,促进企业经营管理转变,实现市场竞争力的跨越式提升。At present, China is promoting vigorously the construction of informatization, which becomes crucial to enhance competitiveness. The cable television network bidirectional transformation has been basically completed. The integration of three networks will also bring a lot of opportunities and challenges. With a relative lack of market entry, and the relatively poor competitiveness, cable television network should accelerate desperately the construction of enterprise information. Start from the cable TV operators＇ construction of enterprise information. Analyze and explore the BOSS system development situation and existing problems in the construetion of information system. Combined with the cable TV network own characteristics and development situation, BOSS system construction goals and issues requiring attention are proposed to provide ideas and suggestions for the construction and improvement. Through the construction of informatization, cable TV can adapt quickly to market, promote the transformation of enterprise management and achieve market competitiveness leaps and bounds.
