摘 要:为了给乌江渡水库的保护和治理提供参考,采用综合营养状态指数,结合生物、化学指标,分析了乌江渡水库夏季的浮游植物种类组成和现存量,评价了乌江渡水库的水质,对乌江渡水库的浮游植物群落结构进行了研究。结果表明,乌江渡水库夏季水质中共鉴定出浮游植物64种,隶属于5门7纲13目22科38属,其中,绿藻种类最多。各采样点的细胞密度平均值为2.38×106个/L,生物量平均值为4.26mg/L,叶绿素a含量平均值为7.35mg/m3。息烽河口的蓝藻细胞密度异常大,与总磷(TP)含量呈极显著正相关(r=0.995)。结论,乌江渡水库夏季浮游植物较丰富,水质状况为中至富营养。The phytoplankton community structure and the water quality were investigated and analyzed in Wujiangdu Reservoir to provide references for preservation and management of Wujiangdu Reservoir. The results showed that there were 64 species, belonging to 38 genera, 22 families, 13 heads , 7 classes and 5 divisions. The majority of them were Chlorophyta. The average of density was 2.38 ×10^6 cells/L. The average of biomass was 4.26 mg/L. The average of phytoplankton chl. a was 7.35 mg/m^3. The phytoplankton density of Cyanophyta was large extremely in Xifenghekou. And its density was significant positive correlation with the TP. r = 0. 995. Applying diversity indexes and aggregative nutritional status index combined with physical and chemical indicators valued the nutritional status of Wujiangdu ReservoirIt reflected that the water's nutrition was middle-rich eutrophication in summer.
